Woodwork Class - Create your own Cribbage Board
In this three-hour beginners woodwork course well work with you to make a one-of-a-kind cribbage board while learning the basics of woodworking. You'll also learn how to safely and confidently use various machinery and hand tools in the shop, including the mitre saw, band saw, drill press, and sanders—with the possibility of the table saw, jointer, and planer. Each cribbage board can be personalized by choosing your own material and cutting the shape on you can think up.
Availability is limited to 6 people per session. Class is held in our workshop at 1340 E Pender St. in Vancouver. Materials are supplied. This is an entry-level class and is designed for students with little or no woodworking experience but plenty of questions are encouraged!
Safety first!!! Please make sure you are well nourished and hydrated before class. Dress warm but no loose or baggy clothing/jewellery and bring a hair tie if you need it!
